Beautiful hotel with a main bar, everything was great. The location was marvellous, very close to downtown area, the movie theatre, eateries, bars and the restaurant and a revitalised Buffalo and easily accessible. Found a place called Emerson Commons, set only a short distance to the property, ate there a few times.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown area, the movie theatre, eateries, and bars. It is also next to Key Bank Center, where we attended a concert. The room was clean and nicely decorated, with a beautiful shower. The staff at the front desk was accommodating and friendly. Additionally, the hotel offers the convenience of parking and a bidet in the bathroom.
The hotel could improve its staff's professionalism during late hours.

The hotel is fabulous, has magnificent views and unbeatable location near to many restaurants, a revitalised Buffalo, and the bus stop. The staff are courteous and nice and deserve a 5-star rating. The main bar is modern, greatly enjoyed this place.
